Can I buy the book if I live outside the United States?
	If you have a credit card you can pay for the book from anywhere in the world.
I don’t have a credit card – how else can I pay for the book?
	You can mail a check (cheque) or international money order made out to “S Dauphinee” for the specified amount. Please post your check (cheque) or money order to: PO Box 326 Enmore NSW 2042 Australia Once I receive your payment and it has been cleared I will email you a copy of the book and bonuses.
How do I open and read the ebook?
	In order to read the downloaded book you will need to have Acrobat Reader on your computer. You can download a copy of Acrobat Reader for free by going to www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html and following the prompts. Once you have downloaded the e-book you can print it out if you prefer to read a hard copy rather than reading it on-screen.
